About Rebecca

With more than 30 years of experience in education, Rebecca Holthaus has dedicated her career to helping students, families, and schools thrive. As both an educator and principal, she has worked across diverse learning environments, building a reputation for compassionate leadership, strong communication, and a deep commitment to student success. Throughout her career, Rebecca has partnered closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to create supportive educational experiences that meet the unique needs of every child.

Rebecca’s extensive background in school leadership gives her a well-rounded understanding of the challenges facing today’s families and educational institutions. She specializes in guiding parents through academic planning, school communication, and student advocacy while also supporting schools in developing effective strategies for student achievement and long-term success. Her collaborative approach, combined with decades of practical experience, allows her to offer thoughtful, personalized solutions that empower both students and educators.

When she is enjoying free time, Rebecca loves to spend time with her two adult children, go hiking with her two dogs, or find a peaceful campsite to enjoy the wonders of nature. Rebecca is an avid reader and a lifelong learner and is always in the middle a good book whether it be for enjoyment or for keeping abreast of the latest in education.
